• Freight Policy

All prices F.O.B. Nashville, Tennessee
FedEx Ground is prepaid. Truck lines are shipped Freight Collect.
Overnight Packages or Air Freight will be billed to your account or a credit
card. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Same day shipping is
subject to stock and order must be received by 1 PM CST. If an item is out
of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.

Damaged Order

Refuse to accept your shipment if it appears to be greatly
damaged. Please report any damage to product immediately upon receipt
and we will handle the claim from our end. Notify us on day of receipt if
product is damaged to get a return authorization, otherwise, we will not be
liable. No Exceptions.

Returns & Replacements

All returns are subject to approval and you must call within 7 days
of receipt of product. Customers will be billed for return shipping plus a 150/0
restocking fee. No Exceptions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Our pricing is based on
volume and not chasing money on Past Due Accounts. We reserve the right
to correct pricing for any printing errors.
